"Great experience at Bilda Bike! Group of friends and I rented bikes to tour downtown for a birthday and they give directions based on the experience you request and are very friendly. Also they have the sweetest little dog to greet you when you get there and when you return at the end of the day! Would definitely do it again and considering doing it again tomorrow."

"I have read the negative reviews here and I am beside myself. I cannot fathom being treated the way these reviews claim as I have had a completely different experience. I booked online for a 3 day rental. The process was simple. When we showed up to pick the bikes up everyone was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. When we dropped off the bikes we had the same experience and the man working said leave the trash in the baskets j will take care of it. Thank you guys for an amazing Charleston experience!"
