I ended up returning over $2,500 of gear that was purchased for an organization to introduce kids in foster care to the outdoors. Disappointing experience from a SC based company. "Products made in China with customer service to match! Do not buy fron “Huk” i ordered a shirt, after getting the order number it showed the shirt being the wrong size. Never shipped, just ordered online. Contacted customer service to just have the size changed, same shirt, same price different size… un-shipped. Robyn Richards informed me that since they already had my money (processed) that my order could not be altered in any way. I requested cancellation and Robyn informed me that processed orders cannot be cancelled (as in once they have your money that will not cancel an order). Robyn said I could initiate a return for an exchange after I receive the item…. An order that has not been shipped, cannot be cancelled and they force your to receive an item. Before you order make sure you are purchasing exactly what you are looking for because once they have your money all you will get is an email saying “sorry”. Update: they are also charging me a fee to return what I requested to cancel before Item even shipped. All of this because the company simply could not change the size of a shirt. The return fee is worth it to never have to wear a logo linked to this company."
