"placed order 1/3, did not receive tracking info etc. Reached out on 1/8 and CBC requested a copy of my license, which I sent. 1/10 and still no contact from them. if verification was needed THEY should have reached out. 7 days from order date and still no process to receive my item. Very poor customer service. Ready to cancel my order and dispute with my CC company. Wish I could leave ZERO stars!"

"So far so good order came in 3 days mostly Mel spec parts I had to buff my trigger guard after building to put my magazine in place but I it cycled every round 1st cycle !! 5 inch 300 black out I will be ordering from cbc again"

"Cant describe how awesome these folks were. I called to ask about a product, an American lady answered the phone and all of my questions immediately. I bought the product online and had it in 3 days. It was a blemished bull barrel with spiral fluting. It's a tack driver and cant find anything wrong with it whatsoever."

"Placed an order with them seven business days ago and have been ghosted by them.I made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails no reply back from them have tried customer service. Every way possible to get ahold of them extreme terrible customer service because there is none. Got a confirmation on the order and they got their money. But they have not shiped as of yet. If they're not going to ship items ordered and paid for they need to go out of business. Guess I'm going to have to make a seven and a half hour drive to they're building. Update finally was able to get ahold of someone they said the upper receiver had been on back order and final came in and they would get to my order soon. Had to catch up on the other orders first. I don't mind having to wait a few more days but it would have been nice if they would contact a customer and explain what is going on. So I am back to waiting again. Finally received my order have problems with chamber on the barrel has tool marks in it brass fire forms into tool marks has to be beat out. Gas tube has a very bad Nick in it where bolt carrier slides up over gas tube. Have sent several emails have left several voicemails being ghosted again, cannot get a reply on how they want to go forward with this this is not good customervice."
