"The staff could be more attentive and hands on. Your just standing there waiting on someone to assist you. Then you finally get enough of waiting and walk up to someone to assist you."

"Waited outside for the store to open. Watched employees eat and play on their phones. Come in late and yell for the customers to go away. Finally opened at 11:30 am and one of the employees was very rude."

"Been waiting in front of the store for 30 minutes now and it is 11:20 and they are still not open. Asked a lady that was in there and she said they are waiting for their associates, although there are two of them in there already"

"I been trying to call the store Since I tried to wear the shoe I was traveling and went to the mall to buy a pair of shoes on 07/23 and when I gets back to Florida I have only one shoe in the box I called several times we only have 1 store in the city of Jacksonville what I'm to do I guess I lost my $40 call corporate there was nothing they could do."

"This is a nice store with great displays and product, but despite that it has some of the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Not to mention you can't tell who the employees even are since they wear tops over the jimmy jazz shirts that cover the logo. I watched a man ask a woman behind the counter if she was working, mind you she is standing beside a register on her phone, she does not even acknowledge him in any way and keeps scrolling on her phone until the man goes to the next register. Horrible employees that are ruining a possibly great business. I did make a purchase for my son but I won't be back."
