"This is a smaller lululemon store, but the staff makes it great. I came in to look for pants and Jacqueline helped me find two great options. She even helped me get a pair hemmed- and she made them the perfect length. Today when I came to pick them up she remembered my name and what I bought, which was so surprising given the number of customers the store gets. All in all, I’m really happy with this location."

"I was informed by the website I could exchange lululemon for a different size at any time. Not true. They offered me $10 for each legging that have been hardly worn. They are not standing up to what they promised."

"I just want to say what an amazing customer service experience that I had at the luluemon store in Mt. Pleasant, SC!!! I had purchased two belt bags from online and one of them had a zipper issue and mine had got a stain on it that I could not get out and without question they agreed to replace both bags no questions asked. They will have ALL my future business. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I was very disappointed with the online stores customer service. They take for ever to get back to you and made the whole process harder than it needed to be and after three weeks of back and forth, I decided to give up and went to a local store. What a great team at Mt. Pleasant, SC!!!!"
