After my boat caused an alarm, we gave a call to Cindy Goethie and she sent their service technician Joaquim Guerra to the Safe Harbor dry stack immediately. After many tries to diagnose the issue that caused an intermittent alarm the problem was finally resolved. Butler even helped with my claim to the engine manufacturer. "Sales team Lindsay was great, but parts and service are horrible, had boat in for warranty work where parts had to be ordered for completion. As of this date it has been over 24 months with no response from Butler Marine as to status of parts. Have called and even responded to request for survey prior to completing review (gave them time 18 months to correct issue before completing survey) to respond or provide the parts so that I could replace now that I have moved out of SC. Update: Chris and his team took my issues and corrected them to my satisfaction. Chris contacted me and jumped right on getting the needed items ordered in and shipped to me. His staff made sure that all parts needed to complete the warranty work were exactly what I needed and had them shipped to my out of state residence. thanks Chris and team for addressing this and getting it resolved."

"I shopped for a key west boat for sometime before deciding on a used boat located at Butler Marine in Beaufort South Carolina. Wow what a great deal on this boat. And I could not have asked for a better boat. Excellent price, excellent condition, no problems with the boat. I purchased a Key West 211 With a 175 Suzuki. Granted the 175 Suzuki is a bit small for this boat but I like the gas mileage."
