"Super Service!"
"Wanted to purchase an item from the store. The young lady took a break at 7pm. Who does that when the store closes at 8p. Walked to the other Lids store location and the young man said it was open, the person was on break. Waited over a half hour and no one returned. Walked back down to the other location and the young lady was there. We asked, are you coming back up to the store we want to make a purchase. We were told NO, I have closed the store. She closed it 30 minutes early and denied service to a customer. This is unacceptable."
