"I purchased a kickstand for my daughters bike and even brought the bicycle inside the shop to ask the sales person which kickstand would fit. I then purchased the kickstand that the salesman assured me would fit, brought it home and cut the kickstand to the appropriate length for the the child’s bike. After I nstalling the kickstand, it did not fit the bicycle at all and rubbed the rear tire, preventing the bike from being usable. I brought the bike with the kickstand on it back to the shop and showed the same salesman that it clearly did not fit the bicycle. He refused to refund me the cost of the kickstand (about 18 bucks) because I had already cut it to fit the size of the bike. Recall that this was the very same person selected the item for me, while having the bicycle right in the store in front of him. It makes one question this shop’s ability at all to properly diagnose and repair something more complex if selecting a proper kickstand is too difficult a task to handle. I would not recommend this shop for anything nor will I be returning in the future."
