"I just left this Cole Haan store in Bluffton, SC’s Tanger Outlet and one of the store associates had such a funky attitude towards me/us that you lost a sell. First, she didn’t greet us but greeted others. Second, she walked away from me and went in the back as I walked towards her at the counter still with no hello or anything. I then wanted a bag and couldn’t find the sales tag on it so I asked how much it was. She pointed at me and the bag (from afar), with annoyance, telling me it was on the zipper. I took it over to her for her to show me. She opened the bag and pulled the tag out almost throwing it out for me to see. I would like to note that we are people of color, but unsure if this was a race issue or not because, so was she. I wanted to buy the bag, but I was extremely pi@@ed off so I left."
