"I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a CVS. I don't know if he is a manager or just wants to be one, but a man named Peter that works here put his hands on a young child, restrained him and accused him of stealing. I saw this all happen and the child was not stealing anything. He was picking items up off the shelf and placing them back after he was done. Something I think is typical of a child to do in a store. This man should be ashamed of himself to put his hands on someone's child the way he did. If I were that parent, I would press charges against Peter for this. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want your children safe, don't take them to this establishment."
"Was disappointed my wife who needed insulin was kept waiting 30 minutes because the 1 pharmacist was busy. She had not had insulin for 36 hours. The pharmacists did get excited when I shared this fact with her and that I was displeased she was kept waiting so long!"
