"My aunt and mom loved this Dillard's. The show department was phenomenal for my aunt. She purchased 10 pairs of shoes. My mom and I were surprised to see that the handbag department had Louis Vuitton handbags. We are from Atlanta and have never seen LV in Dillard's before. We enjoyed our shopping experience and hope to return one day soon. The associates in the store were phenomenal with their customer service, too. Ms. Lisa worked in the handbag department and she was very friendly and helpful. Awesome staff!!"
"Nice selection of sale table items in a store virtually devoid of any other shoppers. The customer service staff and disinterested Manager on Duty were unable to assist with a simple warrantee return issue - which the manufacturer's website states they should have been able to accomplish. Curiously, even the commission based sales staff were completely unknowledgeable and unhelpful! It has been quite awhile since I have shopped in this store and see no reason to return."
