"I had the best bike shopping experience ever at this store. I've been MTB/Road Cycling since 1988 and have had many bikes over the years. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and definitely not stuffy or obnoxious when it comes to your spending budget. I could have purchased a $3K bike, but at 50+ I really only needed to spend half of that for my particular needs. (Other shops in Charleston I visited looked down on me as if I was a pauper for my budget..ironic bc they sold "budget" bikes.) Trek of CHS spent time fitting me for a variety of bikes and styles was greatly appreciated. Got a great Trek and feel like I'm 20 again every time I get on the bike!"

"A friend shopped for a bike and was told it would be two weeks for delivery. Upon checking with the store on the status my friend was told they needed a 15 bike order before they could place her order. Good news is the bike came in on time but the salesman should have been up front. I personally wanted to buy a tire pump but was told "we are not allowed to take cash" at which point I refused to buy the pump. The salesman quickly decided to take cash which absolutely infuriated me. I bought the pump BUT THE STORE LOST TWO CUSTOMERS! I would not recommend this store. Response from the store...crickets!"
