"My son made the high school baseball team and I wanted to buy him a glove that he would be proud of. I designed a custom glove from hit run steal. I picked out the best glove with all the features it was possible. I picked out the colors based off the schools colors using HRS website. This takes at least 15 mins to design a glove on their website. I tried adding it to the cart and it wouldn't. I reached out to customer service. They suggested trying a different browser and then clearing the cookies. After each step I would have to redesign the glove. Which takes a long time with all the options. After an hour of trying to order it off my computer I used my phone which made it more difficult. After a month of excitement my sons new glove came it. I opened the box I saw the main back shell was navy instead of black. We were very disappointed . I had made a mistake ordering it from my phone. The Menus and colors are so small on your phone and I couldn't tell in the picture it was navy instead of black. I messaged back to HRS to see if I couldn't get some assistance in getting it corrected and they offered no solutions. I would have appreciated a discount or something on a new glove. The glove was over $300. Now I'm going to order another personalized from another company."
