"This is a great GameStop. Logan that was working was very helpful and understanding. He took out time to get my stuff processed and ready for pick up. I see bad reviews but I think it has to do with us being short staff and SOME bad apples. But Logan works hard and try’s his best to keep the store running. Keep it up brotha!"
"It is unacceptable to have the store closed for several hours during business hours. The door clearly states closes at 9. I can get maybe 30 minutes to an hour, but this is several hours."
"Just tried to stop in and possible buy a new Xbox system and the sales guy behind the counter was hurrying me asking what I needed because he said he had to close for two hours. Claimed he had worked too many hours and OSHA was forcing him to shut down, but only til 7pm. And this is why we all end up shopping Amazon!! Oh well."
"Had to begrudgingly drive all the way to Beaufort because the Bluffton location was inexplicably closed for some reason. But I was on a mission and just prayed they had what I needed when I got there. Was greeted kindly by Logan and although he was busy he stopped and helped me with exactly what I wanted. He made excellent recommendations and eased my mind. As I was browsing he greeted a regular with professional familiarity and knew exactly what this customer needed. As someone who has been in the hospitality business for 20 years I truly appreciate natural customer service skills, they’re hard to teach and rare to come by. I hope this store appreciates this young man and I hope he knows how talented he is. Thanks Logan! I’ll definitely be back!!"
