"Date 06/09/20 I visited It’s Fashion yesterday for the first time in maybe 10 years and I will be honest with you! They need some retraining! The lady whom I will describe as tall and brown skin really needs an attitude adjustment. We were NOT welcome into the store, the only communication we got was from a lady name Natalie, I actual know her because she use to work with me for a few months over 15 years ago, she was working in the back but took the time out to say, "hello” but back to the y’all lady. She did not ask if we found everything ok, she had a real bad attitude we did not hear her voice until she did speak of the return policy, she did not thank us for shopping nor did she ask us to come again . There was no eye contact or anything. I swear she needs to be retained and I’m not afraid to come on here and voice my experience. I work hard for my money and I want to spend it where I’m appreciated!"
