Knuckle Headz Barbershop

"This barbershop is completely unprofessional! I booked an appointment a few days ago with a barber named Teekay and had to prepay half of the cost of the haircut (which was new to me but okay). I finally came in for my set appointment time and there was only 1 barber in the shop during the time. I told him that I was there for a 6:30 appointment to get a cut from Teekay. He looked at me and said, "he not here" and I'm like okay, can you call him? He then tells me that his phone is on charge and proceeds to continue to cut hair. There has to be some type of customer service in this situation because I was a CLIENT coming into the place of business for a haircut and I was put into a very inconvenient situation. I arrived at 6:10 so I continued to wait around for the barber, 6:30 came and still no sign of Teekay. The other barber then told me that he would go give him a call. After going out to call, he came back in and told me that the call went straight to VM. I then expressed my frustration on the unprofessionalism, and he told me that I would be refunded through the Booksy app. About 5 mins later, he wrapped up with a client that he was working with and started to turn off the lights saying that he was about to close, and I would get the money back. I let it go and said that I would never even consider giving them my business again. Here I am a day after this incident and I'm still yet to hear from Teekay NOR have I received a refund for Teekay's mistake. I also called the barbershop several times today and no one has answered my call. I highly advise everyone to look into business elsewhere because this shop apparently doesn't understand the concept of customer service!"

I tried this barbershop today based on previous reviews and I think I have found my new favorite barber/barbershop! I love how clean the floors look and the atmosphere is very chill and professional."

"I took my 6 year old son here for his first haircut (outside of home). The Barber, Chris, who cut his hair is AWESOME!!! He was so patient and understanding with my son that I decided to take my 5 year old son to him later the same afternoon. The Barber showed the same patience and kindness to my youngest child as he did my first child. Both of my boys have Autism Spectrum Disorder. What a remarkable person Barber Chris is!!! I will definitely be taking my children back to Knuckle Headz Barber Shop!!!!!"
