"Took my boys to get haircuts Wednesday && two of my boys sat in the young black man’s chair. We told him the hair style that they wanted. I asked him was he able to do that kind of hairstyle. He said yes! that he could. So he started cutting my oldest sons hair. And he just kept cutting shorter && shorter. And done my other son the same way. My boys have cried about their hair since we left. It looks horrible. && definitely NOT what we asked for. I wouldn’t recommend this barber shop to anyone. And if I could give 0 stars. I would. But it doesn’t give you that option. If you cant cut hair. Or that hairstyle. Please just say that."

"I followed my sons' barber to this location and I dont regret it. Chief is absolutely amazing with her cuts. As I waited with my sons barber, I watched the other barbers and they do some super clean work. Not everybody is good with cutting other ethnicities hair but I watched them cut other ethnicities hair with no problem. It's worth it to me to bypass all the barbers in Spartanburg to drive here. I booked my appointment through The Cut app with Chief!"
