The store manager stated that I had to get my money back on a gift card due to the product being returned too many times. If the product had worked as it should have, then I wouldn't have had to return it. Supervisors were rude not only to me, but to their employees as well."
"Never opened the box. They took advantage of the hurricane stating there would be a 20% restocking fee to which wasn't devoulged to me until returning the product the following week. On top of it they put them on sale next week $100 cheaper then the price it was sold to me for. Not satisfied as all as well the customer service was not clear upfront and in the process of returning the product they were not the best to deal with. Trying to make money both ways unprofessional...."
