"One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went in to pick up my print documents at the time quoted for my order to be delivered. Two employees behind the counter completely ignored me for over ten minutes before one finally coming over. He asked what I wanted and I told him. He said my order wasn’t ready and then gave NO other information and literally walked away to go outside?? Another employee finally came over after another 10 minutes and the original employee then rushed back over. She asked him why he hadn’t printed my stuff yet and he said he didn’t know how. You don’t know how to work the printer and you’re behind the printing counter? Complete joke. Save your time and trouble and go to the Walgreens on Ashley Phosphate instead."

"My Girlfriend worked here for 2 months as a cashier and stocker, shortly after her 1 and a half month mark of working here her managers stopped contacting her, refused to give her her schedule, and cut her hours with no notice eventually to the point where she wasn't schedule at all anymore"

"No one will answer the phone at this Walgreens - on hold the first time for 10:42, hung up and dialed again on hold for 13:48 the second time still no answer. I had to go in on the Walgreens app and cancel 3 orders that my doctor's office calls in every 6 months for all my refills and have told them at least 8 times at Walgreens when they all come in for my semi annual refills to put them on hold. Nope they try to refill all of them, some I just refilled 2 weeks ago. The disconnect is between what is on their screen and the Walgreens automated refill system - they don't work together and one doesn't know what the other is doing. Their system makes more work for them and wastes a lot of time as well"
