"I've had the worst shopping experience at Journeys in the Village at Sandhills. I actually made an online purchase in the store and paid for the shoes but was informed later the shoes were out of stock so they told me they would refund my money to the store I placed the order from in the form of a check. After over a week, I called the store, inquiring about my refund and spoke with someone named B and was told she was too busy to check the mailbox at the time. I informed her the check should be there and asked if she could check the mail from the past week and she simply said "no" Where is the customer service??? I won't be shopping at Journey again!!"
"First time in the store at the village of sandhills in columbia sc. Thought it was nice not too pricey. My entire experience was ruined by a short, bearded employee who was just super rude and an overall douche. To top it off he yelled at a fedex guy for parking in front of his store instead of calmly asking him not to do that. This was highly unprofessional and quite frankly i wont be shopping at Journeys again if this is the kind of service they are into."
