"I hate to do this but it’s my only course of action. I placed a mobile order for an Americano because I needed to get to a meeting. When I picked it up instead of a splash of cream they had doused mine with cream and therefore it was no longer hot. I asked that they remake it which always used to be no problem but the baristas were clearly huffy about it and placed my remake at the bottom of their queue. I sat there for several minutes watching them make other drinks and finally left with no coffee so I wouldn’t be late. Very frustrating. What happened to Starbucks service? Apparently it is no longer what it was."
"How many holes are they going to put in these lids? You can’t drink from the travel lid because there’s a hole that allows the coffee to spill out all over you. Spilled that hot coffee on the front of me as I drove away because of the lid. Now I have to drink it in the car without a lid."
"After 2 bad experiences at this location I’m done with Starbucks. I order on the app when I’m about 5-10minutes away. I always look at the estimated pick up time, and try to arrive within that window. We sat through a long line and finally made it to the window 15 minutes after our estimated pick up time…. The manager told me that I needed to go back around because it wasn’t ready yet, and when we finally received our coffee it was cold and the other one was melted and not what we ordered. Today I had a moment of weakness and decided to give them a second chance. I was past my expected pick up time, and the same manager wanted me to go through the drive through line again because my order wasn’t complete."
"We stopped here on our way back home from Asheville and the staff was friendly and professional and the drive thru line was not long My only issue was Carmel Ribbon Crunch was missing something so it was not good, however I will give them another chance because they were so nice."
"It's your typical Starbucks... which is good because they are consistent. It's still very new and they have made some mistakes with my orders before, but that's to be expected with a new place. Be patient, they are learning also! If they have made a mistake in the past, they have always been quick to fix it with a smile and an apology. They also get online orders out super fast. All and all no real complaints really!"
