Shoe Show

"The two Shoe Show stores closest to me (Bush River & Beltline in Columbia, SC) were permanently closed. I came across town today and the Garners Ferry store is not open despite the Sunday hours being 1:30-6pm. This was a waste of time and resources in an era where most Americans can't afford to waste either!!!"

"I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in one shipment that were supposed to be sent to my house. I only received one pair. The package is supposed to weigh 12 lbs but that’s not the case. Yolanda is the lady who supposedly packaged my order. Two of the pairs of shoes missing are a size 14 for my autistic son and it’s hard finding shoes that he like and in his size. The other pair is a size 10. I only received the size 11. This is heartbreaking and there has not been any help to make this right. I was a faithful customer but I will not be ordering from this company again! As you can see, there is only one pair in the box! There is no way that 4 pairs would fit."

"The shoe box had the incorrect price and it was 20 more when I got to the register. Instead of the cashier informing me that she would give me the shoes for the price on the box I went to look for another pair. Then the other worker proceeds to say she was going to give it to me for the price and when I asked about it she said nevermind. She was very unprofessional and dressed like she just cam from a club. Nasty looking and nasty attitude. I will never go back there again. Shoe Show needs to be ashamed of their customer service."

"The larger shoe sizes are unmarked and unorganized. The purse selections were really cute. The last pair of shoes I purchased from here broke on the second wear... I didn't find any suitable options this visit"

"I am a teacher at a school very close by so I pop in often to browse. I saw a pair of shoes I loved a few weeks back and decided yesterday that I had to have them. I called to check if they still had them in my size before I drove over and the male employee on the phone said they did. I drove over and looked for the shoes in my size and I couldn’t find them- so I brought a pair over in a different size to the male employee and before I even said anything he said “Oh, you called! I have them for you!” and walks over a removed them from a top shelf. He explained he immediately put them to the side when I called (they were the last pair). I thought that was incredibly nice that he took the time to set them aside and thanked him immensely. He did not have to do that and I thought that he was so kind for going out of his way to do so. Will be back again!!"
