"Extremely RUDE. Awful customer service. Terrible Owner. Asked about pricing on a vintage jersey. Pointed me in the direction of something I “could actually afford”. Told me when I’m actually going to buy it I could ask questions about the jersey. Was going to buy, but after speaking with him absolutely not. Will never return. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"This owner brings his dog to work and it tried to bite my kids. Then he acted like it was their fault because they didn’t read the sign (they young enough they can’t read). Please don’t go into this overpriced, overstuffed store. Honestly, I wish Shelter Cove would remove him"

"This store is a cool concept & I really wanted to like it but sadly had a terrible experience. I was shopping around with my daughter & mother-in-law and saw some nice guitar tees by the register area. Laying on the floor next to me was a beautiful black & white spaniel who wagged its tail at me so I reached down to let it sniff my hand. Without warning the dog jumped up, snarled & tried to bite me. The woman at the store came over & apologized and told me the dog doesn’t do well with new people. I said that’s ok, no worries. I then proceeded to ask her what the price was on a sweater that was hanging by the front door that I tried on & intended to purchase. I handed her the sweater, she looked at it and said “oh, this is vintage”, I said “ok, great, what’s the price?” she then told me that it was NOT FOR SALE. What retail store displays clothing items that aren’t for sale and then brings a dog that tries to bite your customers? It’s counterintuitive to your entire business model! Also, pretty sure that dog bite could be a huge liability. Shoppers beware."

"One of the coolest stores we shopped at whole visiting Hilton Head! The owner, Tom, is incredibly knowledgeable and so creative! He spent almost 2 hours with my husband and I helping out pick out the perfect sizes, designs, and sharing the history of his crazy cool collections. We will definitely be coming back for more of T. Daltons creations!"

"Incredibly courteous and polite staff! Their selections, let's say...superb with plenty to choose from or create your own from a vast selection.  The location is super convenient and is extremely clean. Kudos to the owner and expertise! We will definitely return again and again and again! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would."
