"This store is very busy! If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else. Considering how many people were in line and how often the phone was ringing, they crushed it. My order was a bit complicated and backed up the line, they had 3 back up cashiers come out of nowhere to pick up the service and get everyone out in a good time. Everyone was helpful and nice despite my situation being a bit difficult. Thank you"
"My wife and and I are in from NJ. I needed a refill on two meds in which I overlooked back at home. My wife is a retired pharmacist assistant. I know how hard these girls and guys work on a daily basis. Tho I was impressed by all the employee's, Caroline and Jessica were fantastic! Professional, courteous, friendly and both had wonderful personalities! I watched as customer after customer came to the window. Some grumpy, some mad, some friendly and some just plain nasty. Never once did either of them change there posture or temperament to any of the forementioned customers. Bravo, wonderful and these two girls are a valuable asset to the CVS family. "Possibly the worst CVS in the country. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner, the drive through is a joke and many physicians in Hilton Head are hesitant to send prescriptions to them due to their poor communication system. Stay away if possible."
"The main pharmacist, Carolynn is the only pharmacist that actually seems to care if their patients get the prescriptions they need. Most of the staff is very friendly and while I understand there's long waits and sometimes they don't have time to answer the phone but that's not their fault. It's the management or regional management. That pharmacy easily brings CVS in over 25k a month, and instead of offering to pay them a little better and hire two extra pharm techs a shift, which the managers have the money for, they would rather keep the profits and make the dedicated pharmacy employees do the extra work. I have never seen them with time to talk or take take a drink of water."
"I have never experienced customer service this bad. Sadly, the PHARMACIST was the rudest. Slowest service, and was unable to get my prescription after I was given a runaround all day wasting vacation time with my family. Highly do not recommend this pharmacy!"
