"I stopped in yesterday on 10/14/22. The lady working that afternoon had the worst customer service I've experienced while visiting Hilton Head. Instead of a greeting, I just got this bleak unfriendly blank stare. As I looked at items not once did she say a word. I'm huge on customer service. The entire experience was uncomfortable. I saw several items I wanted to purchase and would have if your salesperson had an ounce of friendliness. I did notice she engaged with the other customer who looked like her versus me. Treat every last person that walks in your store with the same respect, otherwise you're going to continue missing out on sales. I made note of the items I was interested in and purchased them online. Bottom line, another store gained the purchase you could have easily had."

"This is a fabulous little eclectic store, with a little bit of everything - jewelry, shoes, gifts, kids' stuff, cards, pets, ornaments, etc. I love that there are some items I know are always there and can swing by and pick up again, but also something new each time I go. I think they're moving (from Main Street to the Shelter Cove area) so keep an eye out for the new store! It's a great place for locals and tourists, and it's my go-to place for a gift for The Woman Who Has Everything!"
