"Twice now we’ve gone around 12:30 on Sunday to get our stuff and both times no one has been there. What’s the deal? Stop wasting peoples time and at least put up a sign or some type of announcement if the store can’t accommodate the hours."

"Was planning on going to GNC tonight for the first time. It’s a Wednesday and it closes at 7pm. We got there about 6:35 pm and there was a sign on the door stating “Back in 15 minutes, Sorry! :(“. So we waited and waited and at this point we already had a feeling they simply weren’t coming back at all or they weren’t coming back until closed. Fast forward to about 6:55 pm the lady who works at GNC walks back to the store from Firehouse Subs where we had seen her goofing off with a Firehouse Subs worker. If the store hours are until 7 pm, the store should be open til 7. Not putting up a sign saying you’ll be back so you can goof off for 30+ minutes before closing. Quite a disappointing site to see for our first experience with GNC."

"Don't go here. I never know if they're open because every time I've tried coming no one has been in the store. I tried coming at 1pm and 2:30pm on Thursday, the 13th. No one was there, the door was locked and the lights were on but no one was inside. Came back around 4 o'clock and one of the other workers had to let me inside. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's not the first time it's happened to me. Done with this store."
