"You guys just lost a customer. I stop by quite often in the morning for coffee. It's usually good and there's usually no wait. I also grab cigarettes, drinks, maybe a snack or two on my way to work. The same lady is always there in the morning and is pleasant and seems to know her job very well. This afternoon I dropped in on the way home back from work. I picked up two sodas priced at 2 for $3 and two cans of a new beer I've never seen, 2 for $2. Heck yeah.... HE'LL NO!! The young woman was much more interested in talking with the guy standing by the register (not a customer) than she was in talking to me. That's not that unusual in this area. But we my four beverages came up to almost $7, I said "No ma'am, that's a mistake". I informed her of the price posted on each container. "Well, they don't tell me nothin..." she said. Um, excuse me, what does that even mean? They ain't ringin up for that...she said. Then, after I asked her to take a break from her conversation and walk with me I showed her the price. She went back to the register and scanned the items again and just looked at me...... Um, hello? Can you change that to the correct price please ? No, it gotta be the manager. I'm done. Sorry, but if you have employees like this you obviously don't care about your customers. I'M DONE. MY LIL REWARDS CARD IS IN THE TRASH. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER .HONESTLY, IT'S PROBABLY NOT A BIG DEAL TO YOU. Anyways, I had to let everyone know there's a store two blocks down on the corner that has the same stuff you have (more actually) and the cashier there had a......smile. And a pulse. And was nice, and even charged me the correct amount shown.... By Lil Cricket...."
