"I found out last night that the dog food we purchased from here a couple weeks ago has a recall on it for salmonella. I made a call to Consumer Affairs about the situation and they instructed me to carefully dispose of the food and contact the store where I purchased for an exchange or refund. I then placed a call to the store where that transaction happened. I was put on the phone with the manager Vanessa Brown. She stated that they were not aware of any recall and that she would have to reach out to someone to get more information on the situation. I stated that I would call back in 30 minutes, which I did. Ms. Brown answered the phone I let her know who I was and her response was “there’s no recall” and I said are you serious? Her response to me was that there was no recall and they would do nothing to replace the food. I then decided to call TSC Corporate. They were much more helpful, the person who I spoke with Page stated that I was correct and a Google Search is all that it would have taken for the manager to see. They resolved the issue at the corporate level, this person is not well versed in “customer service “ It’s sad that a manager acts in this manner. Truly disappointing that they don’t care about my animals or myself as a customer."
