"This used to be a cool place to purchase bird things. Drove 90 miles and they were closed. Yet website said they were open. The outside looks like a garbage dump. Tried calling several times while in the area. No voice mail greeting, store hours nada nothing...phone just rings and rings. Not a good way to run a business."

"Absolutely filthy. The cages haven’t been cleaned in god knows how long and the birds’ water is thick and yellow. This makes me angry. My heart breaks for these birds. You have way too many birds and are in over your head. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! What a horrible place. I’m mortified!"

"Awesome staff, awesome birds, very knowledgeable folk. Had a really good time there. They did a great job at trimming my yellow napped parrots nails and wings without hassle, and he can be a very difficult bird lol."

"Used to come here all the time and the service and cleanliness was outstanding. Now the owner is rude and condescending! The floors and cages are disgusting and piled on top of each other like a backyard breeder instead of a treasure. I waved hi with my pointer finger about 2 inches from a cage and she yelled at me. Would not recommend. Find a rescue that doesn’t force birds who don’t like each other into a cage together. No birds have ever been handled since none were allowed to be touched. Im disgusted."
