"Honestly? The owner, Brad, is a man filled with hatred and horror. Pathetic, really. I feel bad. Anyhow, not a mission or business I would contribute toward because of who he is as a human. Cool farm, who cares. He’s a conceited handful who should be fenced in away from society as the animals they tend to."
"Great people to work with!"
"Beautiful farm in South Carolina! Wonderful hosts through Harvest hosts. They allowed us to park under a shady tree in the front pasture area. They have many animals including some puppies who joined us for breakfast. We got to meet another family staying from Germany who were lovely and they even allowed us to use their grill to make dinner. Going to be back!"
"Excellent Harvest Host! The owners were very friendly, showed us around and gave the kids lots of crackers to feed the sheep. We stocked up on pork, lamb chops, chicken eggs and bacon, all a product of their farm. Highly recommended stopover."
"Brad, Dana, and Marie are AWESOME! We had not planned to stay in their area until we found ourselves arriving too late to tour the Capitol in Columbia. Brad was so gracious when we told him we were only 30 mintes away. Marie greeted us and showed us where to park. As soon as we were settled, she gave us a great tour of the farm. Our children were thrilled to meet the animals and Marie told us lots of great stories about them. She also helped with our science lesson for the day, educating us on how each animal contributes different things to our lives (food, protection, warmth, etc) We enjoyed meeting Brad and Dana. They were so kind to our children, even loaning them a phone with stargazing apps to watch and learn from the night sky. We had breakfast for dinner after buying bacon, eggs, butter, and jam from their store. Everything was delicious! We bought several other items such as lotion bars, chocolate peanut butter, and a candle. Brad let us watch his morning feeding routine with the animals and answered all our questions. It was exciting to hear about all their plans for the farm and an area for camping. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend you stop in to see everyone at Gypsy Wind Farms."
