"This place is a death trap for anyone offloading cattle. I don't think it's been updated since the 50's. The layout for the pins is completely backwards for it to have any amount of safety to exist. I would not recommend this place to anyone that values their own safety. Not sure how they can pass any inspection with 50 gallon drums of guts sitting out back."

The only recommendation I have, and I informed the young lady who took my call, perhaps consider either a menu in store with individual prices or have them available online, aside from the Packages. "Happy Valley provided prompt, friendly, professional processing of a Longhorn steer that I purchased from the Tackett Farm and Ranch. While there was a hiccup with the order sheets, the actual culling, trimming, and wrapping of the beef was first class. Price for the services was very reasonable at approximately $1/lb with paper wrap and no hidden gotcha fees. While it' s a 30 minute drive from my house, I'll definitely be using their services again with my next steer or game."
