"Westgate mall is almost prehistoric and Hollister looked to be in bad shape itself. Besides girls sitting on step ladders at the register, employees not wearing facemasks, and the store seeming like they didn't have enough employees to atleast make it look less trashy, the ceiling appeared to be leaking. Now the contraption they used to collect the water was pretty cool. Enough to where I took a pic for personal use if ever needed but no wet floor signs or a sign even warning customers that a big bucket was in a blind spot that could easily make someone fall over. But also with my experience shopping online with them, which has been a nightmare, I really didn't expect much. And FYI it doesn't matter how much you buy from them, the most amount of boxes they will give is 5. I bought 13 items from them and most being tops and could only get 5. The associates inside the store were much nicer than if you call customer service. Calling will get you hung up on after they tell you bold face lies. So unless they have an unbelievable sale on things, I won't be doing business with the much if any at all."
