"I had an issue finding a specific trim for my bathroom shower that I could not find anywhere. The moment I walked into ProSource with my wife we were greeted by Laura. I expressed my problem and immediate need (the plumber was coming the next day) to her and she referred me to her associate Danielle. Now Danielle is a miracle worker because though they did not have an all inclusive kit, she was able to piece together a perfect trim kit to meet my needs and went so far as to call the manufacturer to insure that my existing parts were going to be compatible with the new equipment. To top it all off, I had to return the next day because the plumber did not have an adapter for the tub spout. Danielle was my first call and she had it waiting on me when I arrived. I was blown away by the customer service and will be shopping there for all of my future plumbing and lighting needs. Goodbye box store, hello ProSource."
"Communication is lacking. Service is sub par. We are redoing 2 bathrooms and purchased upwards of $10,000 in material. There is a 35% restocking fee if you don't use something and now they won't even take back a $1,500 vanity....30 day limit on returns. They had said before they would take it back. Will not be using them for our other home project. David Akridge"
"Poor customer service in general. They greet you with a smile and get the material fast, but behave very unprofessional. They use foul language and don't try to make straight cuts of pipe for you. Also, their prices are among the highest."
