"Had such a fantastic experience at D2 Powersports in Greer. First off the selection is top notch. Many of the other dealers don't have a quarter of the inventory they have. Another great thing is it really is a no pressure environment. The sales staff are there to help, provide any and all info, and give suggestions on anything you may need. Through the process I felt comfortable and felt no pressure to buy. After deciding to purchase the buying process was fast, efficient, and didn't take hours like at a car dealership. After purchase I received a full walkthrough of the bike, quality checks and reviewed the new tech, settings, and modes on the bike. "Monica V was awesome! Showed me several bikes. Very patient and even more knowledgeable!! UPDATE! The next day I go to pick up the bike. Recall taken care of before pickup. After leaving, check engine light comes on. Return to the dealership. Monica was on the phone helping someone, and her co-sales person Diego sees me come in and addresses me by NAME, wondering why I was back so soon, asking if everything was OK? I told him the situation and he asked for the key and where was the bike. He is not my salesperson! He took my bike to the service area and had it looked at. Turns out it was in reference to the recall, 5 minute fix! BUT who does that? Diego was NOT my sales person? He went out of his way to help me, and also help out his co-worker.
