"King Kitchens has done multiple Kitchen and bath projects for us, including new construction and remodels. Each has turned out beautifully, with the owner’s design ideas saving us money and making for good use of space."
"I had the great pleasure of working with King Kitchens during a complete renovation of my kitchen. I dealt specifically with Denis Ruzzika, who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. I am thrilled with how it all came together—the cabinetry and granite—turned out beautifully. As a result, a neighbor who saw my new kitchen ended up deciding to for her kitchen as well and of course took my recommendation to use King Kitchens. Hers looks great as well!"
"From start to finish this company will not disappoint. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Helped with design, delivered and installed. Great family run business. Lots of choices. Priced competitive. For the service and quality I’m very pleased."
"We just had our granite counters installed. 1. We picked out the granite slab. The salesman came out the same day to measure. 2. We watched him measure the corner of the "L" shaped counter twice, but we waited until he left to remeasure. 3. We took our measurements back the next day and the owner agreed and came up with a figure between what we had and what the salesman had. We didn't account for wastage which is fine. 4. We expressed concern about how our builder had originally fitted the bar around a wall and the owner assured us that they would be bringing tools to cut with and would make it fit which was fine with us. 5. We decided to get the bathrooms done and had the salesman come out to measure for them. He called the day they were cutting and said they didn't have enough slab used for the kitchen to do the bathrooms. So we rushed up 30 minutes before closing on a rainy day to pick out something close. 6. We asked for a small piece of what we had selected for the kitchen. He brought out this truly ugly dark brown piece that was completely opposite of what we had picked which was a very light color. 7. Come to find out, he marked the wrong slab when he went back after measuring the first time. So, we went back and found what we thought we had picked out. We told him "NO RUSH". Take your time. 8. We 2nd guessed ourselves and drove back by 2 days later just to look at what we had picked on a sunny day. We were good, but the salesman came out and said he had put a "RUSH ORDER" on the cut. That's not what we wanted. Mistakes are made on rush orders. 9. They called the following week with no advance notice to ask if they could come that day to install. We were doing the demo and luckily we had already started pulling the old counters off. 10. The installer commented, "They should have allowed for the granite being a different thickness than the previous laminate. They should have cut the granite backsplash to reach our current tile backsplash. Also, they should have cut the granite the correct length for the counter to reach the chair molding." 11. However, I work from home and was very busy. My boyfriend was overseeing the install. I was not pleased when I saw the results. All the way around the kitchen counter is a 1/2" between the granite and the tile backsplash that we will have to try and figure a way to fill. I expected to only have to do fresh caulk. 12. The counter that goes up to end of the wall going around to another room was cut too short. We have chair rail there that has been there for 11 yrs. I can't find matching chair rail to fill it in. 13. My boyfriend found a chip on another counter, scratches on the bar top, and a crack that had been buffed out in the bathroom. 14. We "NEVER" received a receipt, a drawing, a quote, or any official paperwork. We "NEVER" signed anything except for the checks. 15. The day after the installation after trying to get someone to call us back about the installation and problems, we stopped payment on the second check and kept trying to get someone to call us back. 16. The install was on 1/26. We stopped payment late on 1/27. We kept trying to get a response. Talked to the salesman. He said he would have the installer call us back. Left a message at the office. Nothing. 17. We waited until 2/1 and called the bank to see if they had tried to cash the check. They had tried on 1/28. We have still heard nothing."
