"I attempted to return a dress I bought here 4 days ago. It was on clearance when I purchased it. No one informed me that in order to get a refund I had to bring it back within 3 days. As I attempted to return it today the VERY rude clerk told me it couldn’t be returned it was a day late. When asked why I was informed of that when I bought the dress she replied “it says it on the receipt “. I will not shop her again! Not just because I didn’t get my money back but the way I was treated by the clerk! Worst customer service EVER!!"

"Went to the store in Anderson, SC last week and spent close to $300.00 in the Men's Big and Tall Section. One of the shirts was too large. I took back to the store today for a refund. Was informed by the rude salesperson and the even ruder department manager that they couldn't take the shirt back because it smelled strongly of cologne and had dog hair on it. The shirt was literally removed from the bag, my husband slipped it on (didn't even button it), realized it was too long and put it back in the bag. He doesn't wear cologne and the shirt was nowhere near a dog. Won't ever shop in a Dillards again."
