"Poor Customer Service! I walked in a couple of days ago, wasn't greeted or acknowledged. Two employees were standing at the counter while I was standing near the women's section attempting to get their attention but could not to which it seemed like I was purposely being ignored for whatever reason. I eventually just walked out. Came back a day or two later, two different employees this time. I grabbed a female attention from across the room for help and she proceeded to yell across the room "what you need" instead of coming to me like any reasonable salesperson in a shoe store would do to assist. Very unprofessional! I won't be returning."

"Called a couple days ahead to see if they had my size Timberlands ,they told me they do so I went the following day and sure enough when I got there the kid that was working that day really seemed like he was lost in space ,I told him I called the day before for a size 9 Tim's he then gave me a pair and when I opened up the box I knew right away they were not a 9 n he insisted they were ,I went to show him that I couldn't even get my foot in them n that the size inside the boot said size 7! Wat a waste of time I ended up getting them 3 stores down from his n they were much cheaper!"

"After having an issue with the Newberry store, I called this store to explain my situation. The man on the phone was so kind! He looked through his inventory and advised me of the football cleats available! He was willing to hold them until I got there. Unfortunately, I got in a wreck and informed him that I couldn’t come! He was very concerned and made sure we were okay! My son and son’s father got in contact with the store and were able to pick up the same cleats. I will forever shop here! 10/10….I recommend!"
