"Worst company you can possibly deal with in the upstate. After explaining to the sales associate the cultured marble shower I needed, I arrive to get something completely different than what I was told I would receive. I was extremely aggravated at this point but agreed I would take it and figure out how to make it work. As we begin to load the base we notice the size written on the bottom and it was totally wrong from what we ordered! I was told I would get the 500$ back for the base by the Co-owner but after talking to the other Co-owner a week later I was refused a refund. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at this company, it is a loosely ran family business. After this waste of a half day nightmare I called Southern Cultured Marble in Ware Shoals. I told the gentleman about my issue and had heard of similar problems with Prestige. Needless to say, he had me the base I needed in 48 hours with amazing customer service."
