"I find some of the other reviews here interesting, with customers saying that they took a picture here and the staff helped them determine exactly what they needed or helped them with selections. This was not our experience at all. We had pictures, detailed measurements of the framing and the cabinet doors, everything that would be needed to help guide a decision about hardware. We were told, “I assume you don’t have an account with us? Well, I can’t tell you what you need, you have to come in here and tell me a part number and I will order it”. In fact, they told us that we needed to hire a contractor to figure out what piece we needed and then they could order it. Even suggested that we’d be better off just asking someone at Lowe’s or Home Depot our questions, rather than bothering any of the three people behind the counter (one that we were talking directly to and two others hovering and listening to the conversation but not contributing anything). No help, assistance, opinion, nothing. And were quite rude about it to boot! Acted as if we were a bother to have even entered their doors. Complete waste of time! Where are people supposed to go for help and opinions these days? Certainly not Lowes or Home Depot, with the help that they are hiring these days. And now apparently, you can’t ask ‘experts’ or ‘specialty professionals’ either. I will call the Blum’s direct factory on Monday and speak with one of their reps to get the help I need and then order direct from the company vs our local businesses getting the sale for anyone who thinks supporting your local business is the way to go vs e-commerce. I was pretty steamed when I left this location, maybe it was just a bad day for them or something, but there was truly no excuse for their refusal of help, especially after seeing these other reviews when they apparently had better days and decided to help people."

"My husband and I have been looking for hinges for our cabinets for months. Lowes and Home Depot did not carry them. My husband looked online for another place to go and we went here and they knew right away (from a photo) what we needed. Exceptionally great service! Highly recommend!!!"
