"We went in and found a pair of Nike dunks my son really wanted, but they didn’t have his size. No problem we were told—we can order it and have it sent right to your house. 3-5 days. 10 days later I called and was told I should call the store they were supposed to be coming from. They gave me a number. It didn’t work and I should not have had to call anyway. Called back this week. It’s unfulfillable. No one was going to call though."

"I had a bad experience first I was lied to when I went into the store to purchase a grade school panda I was told they didn’t have the size I was looking for then my friend went in the store and purchased the same size I asked for so I called into the store from a private phone number and was told over the phone they did have the size so then I went back into the store to get the size they had that they originally said they didn’t have only to get told they still couldn’t sell me one because I had already purchased one the same day because they are limited to one per customer!!!’ Keep in mind I didn’t purchase anything at all this particular day!!! And all this came from the manager of the store in Anderson!!!!! So I asked to speak with someone over her because at this point I had been lied to and denied a sale of a shoe for no apparent reason and luckily the regional manager just so happened to be in the store in the back on the same day and she came out ran my name and phone number through the system and seen I hadn’t made any purchases from the store that day and I finally got the shoe I came for but at the ended of the day I was lied to denied and humiliated in front of other customers and wasn’t compensated for it in anyway not even a discount a coupon to use at a later date better yet I wasn’t even told sorry for the inconvenience by anyone"

"Staff has short patience and will openly say what they WON'T do. I was accused of stealing because one of the items I tried to exchange wasn't on the receipt that I brought in (simply because I made multiple purchases). No refunds and you can only use one gift at a time online."
