"ive been to worse rack room shoes locations. also have been to better rack soom shoes locations. did you know there's over 450 rack room shoes locations? now i have certainly not been to that many rack room shoes locations, not even half! but i do consider myself to be someone who knows a bit about rack room shoes. and has been to many locations. 3 stars for today unless something wows me next time i arrive. pretty standard for a rack room shoes location."

"The ONLY REASON I gave one star is because of the awesome customer service we received. Check prices before purchasing here. I bought a pair of nikes that are $40 over what they cost everywhere else. The sticker literally says recommended price from Nike is $65.00 I paid $99.99. Also was supposed to be buy one get one 50% off and that was not done. I will be coming to return the shoes I bought and going somewhere with better business practices. Pricing your shoes almost 50% OVER the suggested price is WRONG."

"I visited the Anderson Mall store and had excellent customer service from the sales associate Justice. She was so polite and welcoming and helped me with everything. The only reason I gave 3 stars was due to the shift manager Amanda. Amanda was called over to check out to help with doing a refund and re-ringing the shoes due to me not knowing about a discount I was eligible for until after my transaction was already completed. Well Amanda was not too friendly and seemed like what I was wanting was asking for too much and I got the impression she was disgusted with me. I didn't know I had a reward account until Justice told me if I sign up for one then I could get $10 off for my granddaughter's bday (she was with me and shoes were for her). Amanda entered my email and told me I already had an account so I couldn't get $10 off. Justice said I had an offer for 15% off and it will expire in a few days would I like to use it. I told her yes please otherwise I would lose it. Amanda just seemed like I was asking for too much and just wanted to get me out of there. So for this whenever I do go back I will not shop there while Amanda is working. Other than that it was great."
