"very dirty place! It’s impossible to choose something because the goods are lying on the floor! Is it really impossible to remove all this? The fitting room is disgusting, there is not even a light. Staff, is your home also dirty?!"

"I have a baby who is breastfeeding this is my second child and I decided that with her I would only breastfeed. I wanted to go out and shop and its hard shopping with a baby keep that in mind let alone I have in mind that I as well am only breastfeeding so when ever it’s time to feed I have to go somewhere private I am not very comfortable just popping it out in public to feed her so I read that if you need to breast feed ask for the nursing room Which Burlington does not have or even a dressing room so I did I kindly told the worker if I can have a dressing room I didn’t have clothes in my cart so that’s why I asked for a room To feed my baby because they didn’t have a nursing room she gave me a look of disgust she said “ don’t you want to do that in the bathroom “ I responded and was shock and repeated “ the bathroom “ I still held my anger in and said “no I would prefer to feed her in a dressing room “ Burlington please do better provide nursing rooms or do something I would not like other moms to experience what I experience."

"Firstly the prices aren't reasonable. Ok so had always wanted to go to Burlington but just never been, decided to go... Bad decision. Everything is to much, the racks of coats have to many stuffed on them making it extremely hard to see sizes, tags, etc. The employees seem to have been had enough. Went to find coats for my family, all of which like & wear different kinds. Found not one! If it fit it wasn't the "style" if it was the "style" they didn't have the size. You get lucky, it's like the coat lottery lol. Ended up leaving with a $10 hat & nothing else. It's just not what I expected at all. I won't be going back."

"Bad customer service! Bought some things, came home and some of them were missing. Apparently the cashier didn't give me one bag. Went back and they couldn't find it. They told me they will check cameras to see what happened. Nobody ever called me or checked camera's. It was the cashier's fault, but they won't do anything about it. Really upset with them. Also want to add that it used to be better. I don't know if there is new management or not now. I would guess the lady is a manager who also makes rude comments when people try to ask her to send some more help to the registers. I used to love to shop there. Not anymore at the spartanburg location."

"I love Burlington’s! I was so disappointed when they closed but they have come back with a boom! They have a bit of everything that you could ever want under one roof. If you are looking for coats this is the time of year that you will find them there. If you are looking for Christmas decor, go now because the high quality beautiful items that are available now will not last for long. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
