"Dropped my boat off for servicing Friday afternoon and had it back in the water in less than 24 hours. That’s pretty good turnaround in anybody’s book. Really friendly and attentive staff. Answered all of my questions about a lot of stuff, boating and maintenance and otherwise. Went above and beyond re-rigging my trailer to better fit my boat. They got me in for a diagnostic check immediately. My problem was solved in minutes. "We shopped around between Hall Marine, JC Sports, and WaterSports Central and, while all of them have great salespeople and great products, Chad, with his incredible energy and enthusiasm, was able to convince us to purchase a MasterCraft. My wife hadn't had a lot of boating experience and this was our first boat so it was a real gamble to commit this much money but we took the plunge and had a bunch of 'newbie' issues trailering, at the launch, docking, pulling out of winter storage, etc. and she has been ready to sell it several times but every time I've called the shop Tommy (or occasionally another shop person) has been INCREDIBLY patient and helpful and there have been a few little things that they have fixed, corrected, or helped us figure out without any judgement or questions. I would DEFINITELY encourage anyone to purchase a boat from them!"
