"My recent engagement with Prodigy Cabinetry in South Carolina turned out to be a rather disheartening experience, leaving me dissatisfied on multiple fronts throughout the entire process. Firstly, the communication with Prodigy Cabinetry left much to be desired. Receiving responses proved to be an arduous task, whether through unanswered emails or ignored phone calls. This lack of responsiveness added unnecessary frustration to what should have been a straightforward process. The promised quality of the cabinets also fell short of expectations. Despite assurances of top-notch craftsmanship and premium materials, the final product displayed noticeable imperfections in both the finish and alignment. It was evident that the manufacturing lacked the meticulous attention to detail that one would expect. The installation process was equally problematic. The Prodigy Cabinetry team demonstrated a lack of professionalism and proficiency. The installation crew appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with the intricacies of the job, resulting in a poorly executed installation that required extensive corrections. To compound matters, the customer service at Prodigy Cabinetry was disappointingly unresponsive and unhelpful when faced with issues. Rather than addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, they seemed disinterested in ensuring customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling neglected and regretful of my choice to engage their services. In summary, my encounter with Prodigy Cabinetry left much to be desired, ranging from inadequate communication and substandard craftsmanship to a lack of accountability in addressing problems. I would caution anyone seeking quality cabinetry to explore alternative options and spare themselves the frustration associated with choosing this company.."
