"I would leave no star if I could. I received a Socom Elite that had been returned previously by another customer for a big bump under the date. Gordon has threatened me and cussed me out through many emails. He’s is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in the knife community. I have contacted Microtech shown them all of his emails telling me “I will be watching” and so forth. They refuse to refund me and are only offering a repair. Gordon went on reddit and doxed me leaving my full name and email on the site. Microtech nor Gordon have refunded me at this point. So for now I either take the hit keep the defective knife or I send it in and get it repaired. I do not want this knife anymore because it will remind me of this giant nightmare which is buying from HK specialist shop. Take your business anywhere else. Ps the email on his website is not even active so good luck contacting him if you have an issue. Edit: Microtech resolved it with me personally. It took a bit but it’s resolved. I never heard a sorry from Mr Gordon though."

"Called store to ask if they had a product. Guy answered the phone but doesn't say anything but hello. I ask if i have reached "The gun warehouse" and he starts talking to me in a very rude tone. Said he was out of town and would be back on Monday. I go to the store on Monday and it is closed and the door is not marked well. So I call him and he is rude and saying that there is a big sign on the side of the building. And that he is only there by appointment. Could have said that on the first call. He was very rude both times. Glad to do my business else where."

"These guys are great. I ordered a microtech zombie knife from them and everything was quick and easy shipped fast. I ran into a issue the day I was supposed to get it and my pos mail lady sent it back. Anyway long story short hk got my order reshipped quick and I now have my knife and I love it. Thanks Gordon.
