"Belk is a department store similar to Kohl’s. I came in for a return of merchandise I purchased online. The customer service was great, I didn’t have to wait in-line. They had 3-4 people working at the checkout and it was not busy. I walked around the store, but didn’t find any that I liked. Everything was on sale 30-60% off. They have clothing, shoes, bedding and bathroom towels and some kitchenware."

"4/30/2023:. I don't understand why we could not use a Belk gift card in a Belk store on an item that was on sale. Cash is Cash. We cancelled our sale and left. Most likely will not return again. Very bad experience! I've been shopping at Belk for many years and I'm sad to say that I was disappointed on this visit. Maybe it's due to Covid, but there stock and selection levels were down. Empty tables and tables with two or three items. The shoes department was a mess, boxes stocked haphazardly, opened and disorganized. I hope they get back on track and get more help. I would like to note, that the store was very clean and masks were on the staff."
