"I used to deal with this pawn shop a lot, many years back. I buy and sell jewelry online and when I had damaged gold or sterling or single earrings etc. I would sell to them. Was in the area today and called to ask what they pay per gram or penny weight on 10 and 14k gold. I was told I had to bring the items in before he would tell me what he would give. Any other business knows from day to day what they pay according to gold prices. I told him that and said I would like to know before I possibly waste gas coming there. He was very rude and told me he couldn't tell me because for all he knew I could be a competitor and just trying to find out his prices. I told him I would just drive a bit further and sell to my normal people. He was just very unprofessional and I don't see how he will get much business with his attitude."

"I’ve done quite purchases here but the guy Trey is absolutely rude, dismissive and makes this place seem worse than it is. I won’t step foot or spend another dollar in this place again make sure to check your options before buying or doing business at this establishment."

"Use to like going in and looking around. But not anymore the big guy that works their behind the counter is rude. He acts like you are a nuisance to him if he has to help you with something. Don't see how he's been there this long.. The other guys are polite"

"The large man that works here was rude and disrespectful, made me leave the store because another elderly customer was wondering how much I was asking for an item I was going to pawn which this store did not want. Without any warning he kicked us both out because apparently he was butt hurt when he heard the old man ask me that question and I answered. The large man does not deserve to have a job here, or anywhere else. He's a garbage human being. The others are friendly, decent people."
