"If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Bought a pair of filas that after wearing twice killed my feet. I spoke to customer service and was told to return them. When I got to the store the lady there was beyond rude, pushing a receipt at me and wouldn't listen to a word I had to say, even my daughter who is 8yrs old stated how rude the lady was. I'm now out $75 bucks and no shoes. This store and company are a joke!! I will never go back and never recommend them again."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Monday I bought a brand new pair of Men’s Timberlands size 10 1/2 for my dad for christmas. When the employee, I believe her name is Courtney, rung me up, she had the worst attitude. She said “you know these are men’s right? women’s are not the same as men’s..” To which I responded, “they are for my dad.” She proceeded to tell me the total is $222 and some change. My initial thought was “i’m going to return these, i know i can find them cheaper on the Timberlands website.” i ordered the same exact pair for $120 less and tried to return the UNTOUCHED $223 pair of boots from Journeys Today, less than a week later. The employee glanced at them and decided they had been worn and proceeded to tell me she could not take them worn. I told her that the boots had not even been removed from the box and asked if she could use a UV light to prove so. She said they do not do that. if boots look worn they cannot be taken back. I asked her what sense it made for a girl whose 4’11, (size 4 in kids) to wear a men’s 10 1/2 or why i would let my dad wear them before christmas? I still did not receive a refund instead i was disrespected and given a gift card. i will not be returning to journeys."

"There’s an employee that works at the store that used his own “attractiveness” to make sales. He told my friend that he would give her his number if she purchased an item. First he was rude and secondly extremely arrogant. When she finally bought an tangible item, he didn’t have the confidence to even approach her. He’s not that cute to do that to other people."

"Great atmosphere. Great customer service. When they asked for my email for my receipt and I said no they didn't harass me about it. I would definitely go back."
