Foot Locker

"Disrespect, not caring if they sell anything, eating at the counter in front of customers, more worried of putting a new case on your iPhone 14 pro max, and of course, talking and flirting with a couple of males in the store, not once offering to help, costed you sales, respect, and a customer that has utilized Foot Locker for over 30 years. Simple task, shoes for my daughter, high tops for basketball. When asked what they would recommend, "they on that wall over there" (food in mouth chewing mind you). Thanks, not what I asked. So we go look, find a shoe she likes, ask for her size. "We don't have it, but we have this size (2 sizes larger) you want to try it?" Why would I want a size two sizes larger than what she wears...back to the drawing board. We find a pair she likes, asks the woman, still eating and gossiping, and it must of been annoying to her, because it seemed to be an inconvenience to help us, but she comes back with just one shoe. I inquire on trying both shoes, "we don't do that", so how am I supposed to know if she is comfortable in BOTH shoes? This female tells me, "both feet are the same, they will fit alright"...yeah no. That's when we left, and took our business to Champs, where the gentleman and lady there cared more about helping us, than feeding their faces, talking, flirting, and playing on their phones. 15Jan24, you, Foot Locker, had lost a life long customer. I will not waste my money on your company anymore, when if I am not of a certain ethnicity, I am not spoken to with respect, or offered help."

"Came by to try on some Air Max 95s with plans to buy. Looked around for about 20 minutes thinking an employee would ask if I needed anything but instead they were just talking with friends that were hanging out in the store and ignoring customers so decided the place didn’t deserve my cash I’ll just buy them on GOAT."

"Between Donavan yelling at my partner that he knew he couldn't be in there (mistakenly) to the "manager" Jermaine not caring at all, I won't be back. Definitely contacted corporate bc all he had to do was approach him respectfully. We didn't even receive an ounce of care apology. So it makes you wonder why is a manager getting into it with people? If I could give 0 stars I would."

"A staff member yelled at my teenage daughter who was there with plenty of money to buy several pairs of shoes and told her "we don't sell kids shoes" and refused to help her. She's obviously in adult size shoes and is fully grown. Based on the reviews it seems they just don't care customers at all. Sounds like they need new management."
