"I want to give a very personal and heartfelt thank you to the Greenville Mr. Knickerbocker. My older brother was admitted to the ICU and rapidly declined. My mom wanted a pair of Clemson socks to replace the yellow, non-slip socks from the hospital. Knowing our time was limited and without family help, neither of us were able to leave the hospital to get any in time or find someone to help. I called this location and asked if there was any way I could buy a pair and pay whatever was needed to have it delivered to the hospital. Shortly after, I received a text from someone arranging to bring them. When I met her outside, I learned she was the owner. She picked up a pair on her way and delivered them to me free of charge, and also took the time to pray for my family. Summer, thank you so much. Although my brother passed, I am very thankful we had some comfort from being able to make him comfortable and sport his favorite team. I’ve always been a big fan, but even bigger now ❤️"

"Update: This store is not the one I shopped in. I thought it was the name but it’s not. It was another store that sold Clemson stuff in Greenville. I changed the rating for this store because I actually love Mr Knickerbockers in Clemson. Sorry the statement still stands for the store I actually shopped at. I’m moving that review to their page. Most uninterested help in a store I’ve ever seen. They rather talk to the other staff than help me. They were bored and I could have stole half the store. I was greeted with a half hearted greeting and when I asked a question about another size it was a short answer of “no, we’re out” and right back to their conversation with each other. For a nice store like this I would have expected better attire on the employees. You need to step up your game. Where’s the manager for this store? 11/11/19 Anne Martin"

"This novelty store had a great variety of Clemson theme products. I must say I was a little disappointed in the inventory that was out of stock such as the Large paw magnet decals and football jerseys. The plus size selection was could definitely use more inventory. However my experience there was a pleasant one. Overall a good store to get your Clemson apparel."
